The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Bet Limits: When betting with a bonus, a maximum stake of ৳500 per bet generally applies.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation message is displayed by the system. If no confirmation is received due to a network issue, the bet will not be counted.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement:

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after a certain point following kick-off, a decision will be made in accordance with bije999's specific policy.
• For live betting, decisions are made taking into account the current state of the match.

Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any subsequent changes to odds do not apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bije999. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses in violation of bonus terms or through multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Third-Party Payments: Processing transactions using another person's payment method.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to predetermine the outcome of an event.

We use advanced technology to monitor all transactions and betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Bije999 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

If there is a remaining balance when an account is closed and no breach of rules has occurred, that balance will be refunded. However, in cases of rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.
